Shipping information


How long will it take my order to ship?
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays); however, during high-volume order times, such as December, it can take 3-5 business days for an order to ship.

Because processing time for custom-built Henrys items, such as clubs, can be 4-6 weeks or longer, we require that custom-build orders be placed over the phone at (952) 895-5555.

How long until my order arrives?
The delivery times are in reference to the time spent in transit (once your order has left our warehouse). This time does not include the 1-3 business day processing time.

Why is my order not in an "Air Traffic" box? Why are the things printed on the boxes blacked out with marker?
We like to reduce, reuse and recycle here at Air Traffic — so we try to reuse every box that comes into our store before we send them down the recycling chute. Because many boxes come with pre-printed weights, sizes and barcodes that will not apply to your order, we try to "black out" the text on the boxes so there's no risk of your order getting shipped somewhere else.

Tracking
An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers).

Rates
Shipping rates depend on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping.

Address Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address on an order once it has been placed. If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may call us at (952) 895-5555 to cancel that order and place a new one with the correct address.

Hotels
We do not ship to hotels, motels, inns, hostels, B&Bs, and/or timeshares because we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery during your stay.

APO/FPO
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping FAQs


Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Of course we do! Because of the wide variance in shipping charges based on size and weight, international orders are submitted without finalized shipping charges, and someone from Air Traffic will e-mail you shipping quotes and details for the methods we have available for your order.
Due to an increase in fraudulent international charges, Air Traffic will not complete international shipments without verification of payment and billing information.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Air Traffic has no control over these charges. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.

The shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Air Traffic and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

Air Traffic has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so. We don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
