Campaign Event for Rosedale
April 21st
"Help me Obay-Juan, You are our Only Hope".
Forces for the Empire have sent a scouting force East to
determine the intentions of the massive Orc waaagh coming out of Sylvania.
They have followed them North into the outskirts of Kislev before they
were discovered by the Orcs. Cut off and horribly outnumbered, 4
messengers have been hastily called upon and will attempt to break out of the
Orc encirclement. Their destination: the humble abode of Obay-Juan Canobee,
Empire Wizard LordŠand notorious hermit.
DEFENDERS
Bretonnians, Dwarves, Empire, High Elves, Lizardmen, and Wood Elves)
POINTS: Defenders have 500 points with which to build their force. You
must follow the basic troop organization limits as listed in Ravening Hordes.
GOAL: Defenders must get at least one of four messengers off the opposite
table edge.
SPECIAL RULES: Owing to the nature of their mission, the defenders would
not have warmachines or elite troops at their disposal. Therefore, no RARE
choices are available to them.
ATTACKERS-
(Chaos, Orcs and Goblins, Skaven, Undead, Dogs of war, and Dark Elves)
POINTS: Attackers have 750 points with which to build their force. You
must follow the basic troop organization limits as listed in Ravening Hordes.
GOAL: Prevent the messengers from escaping!
VICTORY
If the forces of good (defenders) succeed in getting a messenger off the
table than there is a very good chance that the infamous hermit wizard can be
persuaded to assist them at the final battle. If they fail, he will remain
in solitude and will not appear at the battle.
